SUBLUMINAL ANNOUNCEMENT 05/10/2005

Dear fans and interested music lovers,

We have some news which we don't know quite how to break…so, we are just going to announce it the best way we can and get straight to the point...

As of this week, the band name Subluminal is no more… drummer Steve Curtis will be continuing his music career with his band 'Ultimate Trigger Mechanism'. We all wish Steve every success with UTM and thank him for his contribution in entertaining our local and national fan base and contributing to the successes of Subluminal over the last 3 years.

The original Subluminal drummer - Sam Griffin, has rejoined Mark, Leon & Luke to create a new line-up which will continue to entertain you under a new name which will be disclosed in the near future.

We know that this news will come as a shock to our many devoted fans. We can only say that its been a great 3 years or so and that we appreciate your fantastic support and enthusiasm more than you can imagine...We hope that you will continue to listen to our music both old and new, for many years to come.

The important thing to understand from all of this is that the band is not splitting up.

Its a new line-up...
Its a new name...
It’s a new sound that's coming to your ears and eyes in early 2006.
